should come in case,they all should,i got mine from another company and it came a cracked neck,probably done during shipping...i'll do my business with this company from now on.the guitar souund great and tuning and intonation good.Great graphics.the only thing is you have to buy a dean case or a300vx coffin case due to the v being so wide...comes with great dunlop recessed strap locks so no worries,i'm told if you want to buy a great axe ,get it from here!!!
